Barron Heating AC Electrical and Plumbing is going to be featured on HGTV’s Fixer to Fabulous television show this week, after completing a project on the home of the show’s hosts.

“Dave and Jenny Marrs, hosts of HGTV’s “Fixer to Fabulous” series, invited Solar by Barron to appear on the show after the Ferndale-based business installed a solar system and battery backup system at the Marrs home in Bentonville, Ark,” according to a news release from Barron.

The new episode will air at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23.

The project was announced back in October, after Barron’s solar panel division, Solar by Barron, installed the 52,430-watt solar panel system.

The episode will feature appearances by Brad Barron, CEO of Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing, and Tim West from Solar by Barron. “Working with Dave and Jenny Marrs was an absolute privilege,” Barron said. “They care deeply about the families they’re serving and they’re incredibly intentional about how each home functions long after the episode airs.

“For this project, Solar by Barron partnered with the Silfab Solar facility in Burlington, Wash., FranklinWH and Daikin to integrate high-efficiency solar panels, a whole-home battery backup system, and an all-electric, energy-efficient Daikin FIT heat pump. Barron said these systems help the Marrs family reduce their reliance on the grid, improve year-round comfort, and keep essential loads powered during outages — all while supporting their long-term sustainability goals,” according to the new release.

HGTV’s “Fixer to Fabulous” can be streamed on HGTV channel, HBO Max and Hulu.
