The new tenant, Kebabji, does not have an official opening date soon, but is making progress toward its retail space, according to a recent Bellis Fair mall social media post.

The restaurant is expected to open October or November, according to David Prince, the mall’s general manager.

“We did just sign an agreement with a new food business going in where Fresh Grill used to be. We are doing some work in the back before they take over, and then they will have to go through the Health Department’s processes, so they won’t be open for a few months yet but they have signed. Their name is Kebabji, and they will be doing Kebabs, Shwarma, Falafel, pitas, etc. Should be very good,” Prince told The Herald in July.

The Bellis Fair mall is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at 1 Bellis Fair Parkway.
