These Bellingham pharmacies, grocery stores and offices will be closed on Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov. 28, and to honor the national holiday many local stores, banks and other businesses will be closed.

These Bellingham businesses will be closed Thursday:

▪ All United States Postal Service post offices in Whatcom County

▪ All Whatcom Transportation Authority bus services and offices will be closed

▪ Bank locations across Whatcom County

▪ All branches of the Bellingham Public Library will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29

▪ Most Bellingham city services will not be available Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29

▪ Washington State Department of Licensing offices

▪ FedEx shipping stores

▪ UPS shipping stores

▪ Walgreens

▪ Rite Aid

These Bellingham grocery stores will be closed on Thanksgiving:

▪ Costco

▪ Walmart

▪ Trader Joe’s

Some grocery stores, restaurants and other retailers will remain open.
