Thanksgiving meals and takeout in Bellingham, from full turkey dinners to ‘drunk’ pumpkin pie

If you’d rather order a premade turkey dinner, pumpkin pie, or even go eat at one of Bellingham’s restaurants on Thanksgiving day, you’re not alone. Many Bellingham restaurants are offering pre-made meals and takeout options, saving you time to watch the parade or visit with loved ones. Here’s your guide to local Thanksgiving meals you won’t have to cook yourself:

To-go Thanksgiving meals, treats in Bellingham

Penny Farthing, Chuckanut Bay Distillery’s restaurant, will offer to-go Thanksgiving meals and housemade bourbon pumpkin pie. The Thanksgiving meals feed 8-10 people and include apple cider-brined roasted turkey, sea salt and cracked pepper green beans, herb and cranberry stuffing, orange-infused cranberry cause, gravy and brioche rolls for $199. Cascade Pizza is offering ready to eat or take and bake lasagnas for Thanksgiving. Each lasagna feeds 4-6 people and costs $30. Cascade Pizza is at 2431 Meridian St. in Bellingham. Pre-orders can be made over the phone or in person.

Hela Provisions is offering to-go charcuterie boards, veggie boards and cheese and meat boards for Thanksgiving. Pre-orders are available online or by phone. Hela Provisions is at 2000 Franklin St. in Bellingham.

Boundary Bay Brewery’s popular “Drunkin’ Pumpkin Pie” is back for Thanksgiving, and available for pre-order only. The homemade pumpkin pies are infused with Boundary Bay’s Imperial Oatmeal Stout, and cost $15 each. Pre-orders can be made online. Boundary Bay Brewery is at 1107 Railroad Ave. in Bellingham.

Slice of Heaven Bakery & Cafe is offering special Thanksgiving charcuterie boards available on pre-order. The bakery and cafe has a variety of sized boards, as well as dessert bars, cookies, cakes and more. Preorders can be made in person or by emailing Sliceofheaven.bham@gmail.com. Bellingham restaurants open on Thanksgiving

If you rather go out to eat on Thanksgiving, these restaurants will be open and serving delicious Thanksgiving meals:

Skylark’s Hidden Cafe is offering a Thanksgiving dinner, as well as to-go Thanksgiving dinners. The Thanksgiving meal will be served from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 and includes turkey, ham, potatoes, green beans, stuffing, cranberry sauce and rolls for $39 per person. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 360-715-3642. Meals can be made to-go for the same price.

The Lighthouse Grill at Hotel Bellwether is hosting a Thanksgiving Buffet from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28. The buffet includes a carving station, salmon, turkey, oysters, jumbo prawns, salads, stuffing, potatoes, yam lasagna and pastries and baked goods. The buffet costs $125 per person, $85 for seniors and $65 for children 10 and under. Children ages 4 and under eat for free. Reservations can be made online or by calling 360-392-3100. The Lighthouse Grill is inside Hotel Bellwether at 1 Bellwether Way in Bellingham.

The Hotel Leo is hosting a Thanksgiving dinner from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28. The Thanksgiving meal will be served to tables of eight as a traditional dinner including turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing and a self-serve dessert display. The dinner costs $70 per person, and reservations can be made online. The Hotel Leo is at 1224 Cornwall Ave. in Bellingham.

B-Town Kitchen and Raw Bar will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The five-course dinner includes salad, bruleed brie, fried mac and cheese, turkey, potatoes, stuffing and bourbon pumpkin bread pudding. The dinner costs $52 for adults and $47 for seniors, and reservations can be made online or by calling 360-392-6520. B-Town Kitchen and Raw Bar is at 714 Lakeway Dr. in Bellingham.

Carnal is going to be open from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 serving a special Thanksgiving dinner. The preset menu features brioche rolls, Brussel sprouts, turkey, duck confit, cranberry sauce, holiday cocktails, honey crisp apple tart and coconut cranberry pie. The dinner costs $75 per person and $35 for children 12 and under. Reservations can be made by calling 360-306-3587. Carnal is at 1234 N State St.

That’s What I Like Island Grill will be open from 1:30 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 with live music and dinner. The restaurant will serve a traditional Thanksgiving dinner including charcuterie, turkey, ham, stuffing, vegetables, potatoes and gravy and pumpkin and apple pie. The dinner costs $34.99 per person.
