Bellingham restaurant under new ownership
D’Anna’s Cafe Italiano announced that Nov. 30 marked a year with the restaurant being under new ownership, according to a Facebook post.
“Exactly one year ago we (Katina and Jeff) closed a deal to take over ownership of D’anna’s Cafe after Micheal D’Anna’s retirement. We didn’t make a grand announcement and kept the transition relatively low key,” the Facebook post states.
The new owners, Katina Honda and Jeff Kastelic, have more than 30 years of combined experience working at D’Anna’s Cafe Italiano. They took over the restaurant after owner Micheal D’Anna retired last year.
D’Anna’s Cafe Italiano is open from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday through Monday at 1319 N. State St. in Bellingham.
