Bellingham’s Texas Roadhouse now has an opening date; here’s how to get a table
Bellingham’s Texas Roadhouse now announced an opening date for a new Bellingham restaurant, according to an email from the company’s public relations team.
The long-awaited chain steakhouse and BBQ restaurant’s new location was first announced in October 2023, when the company filed a building permit with the city of Bellingham. The restaurant will be at the previous location of Billy McHale’s Restaurant, near Bellis Fair mall and HomeGoods.
Now, the popular restaurant is planned to open at 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, although the date could change.
“Sometimes during openings things happen; however, the plan is to open on that date,” a Texas Roadhouse PR representative wrote in an email to The Bellingham Herald.
As the grand opening will likely be busy, the representative recommended joining the restaurant’s online waitlist on the Texas Roadhouse app or website.
Expected hours of operation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 4 to 11 p.m. Friday; and for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
Texas Roadhouse will be at 4331 Meridian St.
