Bellingham’s Iowa St. on-ramp to Interstate 5 will be closed overnight Wednesday
The Iowa Street I-5 on-ramp will be closed from 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 31 to 6 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1 as Washington Department of Transportation crews work to update the guardrail on the ramp to northbound I-5.
A detour on-ramp using Lakeway Drive will be in place.
