Don’t want to cook on Thanksgiving? Snag a reservation at these local restaurants
As Thanksgiving is usually full of turkey, stuffing, casseroles, pumpkin pie, and spending lots of time in the kitchen, you may want to skip cooking this year.
These Whatcom County restaurants will be open Thanksgiving Day, but have limited seats and hours:
- Skylark’s Cafe will be open from noon to 7 p.m. at 1308 11th St. in Bellingham, serving turkey, ham, potatoes, ham and other dishes. Reservations are required and can be made online or by calling 360-715-3642.
- The Lighthouse Grill in the Hotel Bellwether will be open from noon to 7 p.m. at 1 Bellwether Way in Bellingham, serving a Thanksgiving buffet with a carving station, seafood station, desserts and sides. Reservations are required and must be made online.
- Three Flavors Kitchen will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 507 Nooksack Ave. in Nooksack, serving turkey, prime rib and more. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling 360-366-8950.
- Hotel Leo’s Amendment 21 restaurant and bar will be open and seating guests from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 1224 Cornwall Ave in Bellingham serving a traditional turkey dinner. Reservations are required and can be made online.
- That’s What I Like Island Grill will be open from 3 to 10 p.m. at 3236 Northwest Ave in Bellingham, serving a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and hosting live music from 6 to 9 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 360-778-2766.
- B-Town Kitchen and Raw Bar will be open from noon to 5 p.m., serving a five-course traditional Thanksgiving dinner at 714 Lakeway Dr. in Bellingham. Reservations are recommended and can be made online or by calling 360-392-6520.
