One of Bellingham’s most popular beer gardens, which was named “the raddest beer garden in the Pacific Northwest” by Forbes magazine in 2022, has announced its opening date for the 2025 season.

Kulshan Brewing Company’s Trackside Beer Garden is located on Bellingham’s waterfront and is surrounded by The Portal Container Village and a bike pump track.

The unique beer garden will open for its fifth season on Friday, May 2, according to a news release from the brewery.

“Kick off the season with your favorite Kulshan beers, live music, food and great community vibes. Located in downtown Bellingham next to the waterfront bike pump track, Trackside offers the quintessential summer hangout,” the news release states.

The 25,000-square-foot beer garden also has a stage for outdoor music every Friday and Saturday and is open for all ages. Dogs are also welcome.

Guests can enjoy a variety of 20 taps featuring local beer and cider, as well as nonalcoholic beverages. Guests can also bring in their own food or purchase food from the neighboring food trucks at The Portal Container Village.
