Who’s the cutest cat in Whatcom County? Vote for your favorite in first round of our poll

Last week, we put out a call out to readers to enter their pets into our contest to find the cutest cat in Whatcom County. After receiving over 100 submissions, voting in the contest’s first round is now open. Starting today, you can vote for your favorites using the poll attached to this page.

Even after deciding to only feature one submission per person, and having to not include some cats because the files submitted wouldn’t open, we still had to split the contestants into two groups. Once you choose your favorite cat from the first group, your options from the second group will show up. If you don’t see your cat on the poll’s first page, don’t worry, it’s likely in the second group instead.

Voting closes on Sunday, Oct. 27 at noon. The five cats from each group that receive the most votes will advance to the final round, which opens next week. Subscribers can vote as many times as they want.
