Whatcom County rental prices average $2,900 this month, but vary on the neighborhood
Rental homes and apartment listing prices in Bellingham fluctuated last month, although certain cities and neighborhoods have extremely different prices, according to rental housing data companies.
Bellingham rent prices by ZIP code
If you are looking for an affordable rental in Bellingham, prices across the city only vary by $19 between the 98225 and 98226 ZIP code. Last month, prices in the 98225 ZIP code were about $100 less compared with 98226’s median rental prices.
Rental prices fluctuated throughout Bellingham in both the 98225 and 98226 zip codes. Since January rent prices in Bellingham have increased.
