▪ Design review permits were approved for five townhomes at 1309, 1311 and 1315 Lakeway Drive, near the 7-11 convenience store.
▪ A consolidated permit was approved for 48 residential units, including 24 townhomes, at 350 and 360 E. Bakerview Road, near Petco.
▪ A determination of non-significance was issued for the 50 tiny homes project that is going through the permit process. The project is for the undeveloped land at 195 E. Bellis Fair Parkway, near Winco.
▪ A neighborhood meeting is scheduled for 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, for a new project at 403 N. State St., near Boulevard Park.
