A 24-year-old Bellingham man was arrested in connection with an incident earlier this month – police said he allegedly took intimate photographs of a woman without her permission and shared them on social media.
Addison James Parker was booked into Whatcom County Jail Monday morning on suspicion of indecent liberties, voyeurism and felony cyberstalking.
On Oct. 6 and 7, Parker and another suspect allegedly took photos of a 32-year-old Whatcom County woman’s intimate areas in the 4300 block of Tull Road and posted the pictures to social media, according to the Bellingham Police Department.
The woman did not know Parker or the other suspect and was unaware the pictures were taken or posted, authorities said. Police did not specify how Parker or the other suspect took the pictures.

Parker was identified through social media, police said.
Authorities said they could not comment on whether the other suspect has been identified, citing an open investigation.
Bellingham Police Lt. Danette Beckley said the incident was not connected to the roughly nine other recent voyeurism reports around Western Washington University, the York, Sehome and Columbia neighborhoods and the cases from early 2017.
