Bellingham clothing store listed for sale in Barkley Village as owner retires
Statement Apparel, a women’s clothing store in Barkley Village has been listed for sale as the current owner plans to retire.
The announcement was made on Friday, April 19 through a Facebook post on the business’ page.
The 1,548-square-foot storefront is listed for sale for $290,000, which includes an office, four dressing rooms, a stockroom, and a private bathroom. The sale also includes all inventory, office equipment, fixtures, security system, supplies and point of sale program.
The clothing store is currently open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday at 2945 Newmarket St. Suite #107 in Barkley Village, Bellingham.
