Bellingham rental costs increased last month as Whatcom County sees some hopeful changes
Rental homes and apartment listing prices in Bellingham increased last month, although Whatcom County rental prices had some promising decreases, according to rental housing data companies.
Zumper reported December’s median price of $1,525 for a one-bedroom Bellingham apartment had a slight increase from November’s median price of $1,503.
In December, Bellingham’s median price for a studio apartment was $1,300, a 11% increase compared to November’s median price of $1,157. Two-bedroom apartments in December had a median price of $1,819, the same as November’s median price.
