There’s no SeaFeast this year, but organizers have something else planned for Sept. 19

There won’t be a SeaFeast festival this year, but Bellingham residents will have another option to score some seafood.

The organizers of the event announced on its website that it plans to have a pre-purchased, to-go seafood sale for pickup on the Bellingham waterfront on Saturday, Sept. 19.

Listed businesses include Anthony’s Finn food truck, Bornstein Seafoods, the Pop Up Fish Shop from Trident Seafoods and Drayton Harbor Oyster Co. A portion of the proceeds will go toward the Bellingham SeaFeast non-profit organization.

The seafood sale is happening on the day of the originally scheduled Bellingham SeaFeast, which was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The presale portion of the market begins on the week of Sept. 8. Details about the event and the sale can be found on the festival’s website.
