A new four-story apartment building is proposed this Bellingham neighborhood
Applications were recently submitted for a new apartment building in the Lettered Streets neighborhood.
An environmental review, which includes design and parking adjustments, was submitted for the apartment building at 1513 E. St.
The proposed building, called E Street Apartments, would be four stories tall and have 18 units. It will have 10 on-site parking spaces and three new on-street parking spaces with a new sidewalk along nearby Clinton Street. Up to three more on-street parking stalls may be required, according to the application.
