People who have never spent time with cats don't always realize just how loving they can be. Even though some felines are more aloof and prone to attitude, every cat has their own special way of showing gratitude and affection. Some cats initiate play or bring their humans gifts, but others, like @artymidnightandboo's black kitten, prefer to cuddle up as close as possible.

On May 10, the cat mom behind the TikTok account re-posted her most viral memory with Boo: her first time using a pet sling! She bought the sling not knowing how her cats would feel about it, but the clingy kitten couldn't have loved it more. The cute kitten video is more than just a throwback-it's proof that a cat's love knows no bounds, whether they're a lone ranger or a certified snuggle bug.

Is Boo a black kitten or a baby? By the looks of this adorable video, she's 'purr-fectly' happy being both! She may have had a lot to say when her mama first introduced the new pet sling, but it took her all of two seconds before sinking inside to get cozy.

"Congratulations on your new baby," @partofthe1993crew commented. She certainly wasn't the only one to liken the clingy kitten to a human baby, and she won't be the last. Others compared the kitten to a kangaroo joey, and even their own sweet cats, but there's one thing every cat parent agreed on: Boo is just the latest in a long line of affectionate black cats.

Cat parent @murkii25 agreed, "I swear all voids come out of the void factory with the clingy setting on by default." It's hard to say what makes black cats so loving, but no one is questioning it.

Why Use a Pet Sling?

It's not common to see a kitten in a pet sling, but pet parents are giving this resourceful woman the kudos she deserves. Buying something like this proves how well she knew her kitten, even though they'd only been together for a few weeks at the time. But why invest in something like this?

A pet sling can be a great way to cuddle a pet while keeping hands free for other activities. It's also a small, cozy space that some animals will love, especially babies, who may seek more comfort than older pets do. The cuteness factor is just the cherry on top!

Boo might have outgrown her sling since trying it for the first time a year ago, but her mama (and his viewers) will always remember how much she loved it as a tiny kitten. That's priceless!
