Road closures set for Hazel Dell Parade of Bands

May 13-Drivers in the Hazel Dell area can expect some traffic disruptions Saturday during the 60th annual Hazel Dell Parade of Bands, "Honoring Our Nation, Celebrating Our Neighbors."

Road closures begin at 9:30 a.m. The parade, which features approximately 120 entries and 25 marching bands, will begin at 10:30 a.m. in front of Clark County Fire District 6, 8800 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave., and head south along Hazel Dell Avenue before turning onto Northeast 63rd Street. The parade will continue north along Northeast Highway 99, concluding at Northeast 78th Street.

Normal traffic is expected to resume at 1 p.m.
