Halloween is still several months away, but if you're anything like me, you're preparing now. There are skeletons in my front yard as we speak, and I'm already trying to find my Halloween decorations so that I'm ready when the time comes. I can't wait!

One cat has me beat, though: she is ready for Halloween at all times. She's half orange, half black, and 100% Frankenstein vibes! You simply have to see her to believe it:

The Jacket Cat is so cool. Her name is Kitty, and she's gone viral a few times before because of the amazing way her coat looks. Though we don't know exactly how old she is, she's full-grown, and she's been in her forever home with her mom and her grey cat brother since she was a baby.

A lot of people have different ideas about why she might be like this: some people claim she's a Chimera, which is impossible to prove without genetic testing, and she doesn't have the right markings for that. Others think she's half Tuxedo, while some people also think someone just glued two cats together.

Her colors have definitely deepened over time, but she's had the same split since she was a baby. She was so tiny that it genuinely looked like someone had dipped her in Cheeto dust or something:

She was so little! My favorite part is that she still has those little white paws. She could not get cuter if she tried, especially with all of her spooky vibes!

Why Does Kitty Look Like That?

Kitty's coat is not typical at all. Most of the time, cats don't have such defined color blocks: it's usually more like specks, flecks, or spots. Not her, though. Her blocks are huge, and she's stunning.

Kitty is a Calico cat: she has defined patches of white, orange, and black. It's as simple as that. The way her coat ended up looking is purely random, though a few people speculate that she might be mixed with a Tuxedo. That would explain the defined blocking, especially on her legs and chest.

Whatever the case may be, Kitty is awesome! She's happy, healthy, well-loved, and perpetually ready for Halloween. What more could you ask for?!
