Golden Retriever Made a New Friend-Several Stories in the Air
It's often said that golden retrievers are among the friendliest dog breeds. While I am sure every pet parent will defend their dog's breed, we find it hard to disagree with that statement. With a sunny personality, golden retrievers are hilarious and loyal at all times. Their welcoming personalities also make it easy for them to make friends, even in the most random places. Just ask Joey.
Joey, the golden retriever, is the epitome of a friendly dog, which means he is quick to make friends. He's even able to make friends several stories high in the air. Outside, inside, on the ground, or floating in the sky, Joey doesn't have any problem meeting new people and stealing their hearts.

Joey Is Clearly Every Man's Best Friend

Staring out of the window of a high-rise building, Joey the golden retriever isn't going to miss a chance to connect with a window cleaner just outside. Even though the man was clearly standing on a scaffolding several feet in the air, he couldn't resist saying hello to Joey.
Between blowing him a few kisses through the window and playing with him via the window cleaning brush, the man and Joey clearly became the best of friends in that moment. As Joey's human captioned, "Hi, don't know how you got there, but let's be friends."

We don't doubt that Joey is seriously confused about how the human got outside, but at least he met a new friend, and that's all that matters to him. In fact, we don't doubt that Joey will now be waiting for his new friend to pop up every day outside of his window.
Viewers in the comment section were equally smitten with Joey, with one user pointing out, "He keeps finding replacements everywhere he goes." Another viewer pointed out, "Joey not happy because window cleaner can't pet him through the glass!"
This spontaneous encounter proves once again why golden retrievers hold such a special place in our hearts. Even with a pane of glass between them, Joey's mission to make new friends was clearly a success. It just goes to show that true friendship knows no bounds, not height, nor glass, nor a precarious scaffold.
