Whatcom County rental prices increase again, but these cities have the cheapest costs
Rental homes and apartment listing prices in Bellingham increased last month, according to rental housing data companies.
Zumper reported a September median price of $1,505 for a one-bedroom Bellingham apartment was up only 0.2% from August’s median price of $1,502.
September’s median price of $1,324 for studio apartment listings was a 1% increase compared to August’s median price of $1,310. September’s median price of $1,848 for two-bedroom listings surprisingly decreased 0.7% from August’s median price of $1,861.

If you are looking for an affordable rental in Bellingham, looking in the 98225 ZIP code could save you $300 a month compared with 98226’s median rental prices.
RentHub reports median rental listing prices for houses, multiplexes and apartments of all sizes. Prices in September:
