Bellingham restaurants offer Thanksgiving meals, plus famous ‘drunkin pumpkin pie’

Thanksgiving is only a few weeks away, and before you go buy a giant turkey or start budgeting for the annual holiday meal, these Bellingham restaurants are serving up some special Thanksgiving meals and dishes you can take home, or enjoy in their restaurant.

Skylark’s Hidden Cafe

Dine-in or takeout

Reservations encouraged and can be made online or by calling 360-715-3642.

Menu includes: turkey, ham, salad, butternut squash and hazelnut soup, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, gravy, turkey stuffing, cranberry sauce, cornbread, pumpkin pie, apple pie and chocolate decadence.

Open from noon to 7 p.m.

Carnal

Dine-in

Reservations are encouraged and can be made online.

Menu includes turkey, potatoes, rolls, cranberry sauce, brussel sprouts, desserts, wine and signature cocktails.

Open from 3-8 p.m.

Hotel Leo

Menu includes turkey, mashed potatoes, apple and pecan stuffing, seasonal drinks, wine, beer and personal pies.

Pre-ordering is required, and closes on Friday, Nov. 10.

Each take-out dinner feeds six people and costs $165. The dinners include smoked turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, orange-cranberry sauce, maple herb roasted carrots, gravy and a full 9-inch pumpkin pie.

Pick-up or delivery is available on Wednesday, Nov. 22 between noon and 6 p.m.

Boundary Bay Brewery

A menu has not been released, but the brewery is bringing back its “Drunkin Pumpkin Pie: Bellingham’s Favorite Thanksgiving Tradition,” available for preorder, take out or dine-in. The pies are made with local pumpkins and the brewery’s imperial oatmeal stout, and cost $15 per pie, or $7 per slice while dining in.
