B-Town Kitchen and Raw Bar

B-Town Kitchen and Raw Bar, located inside Four Points by Sheraton, will have a special Easter brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a special menu of pastries, crab cakes, waffles, eggs Benedict, lamb, mimosas, creme brulee, cheesecake and more ranging from $8-$28 per item. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant typically sells out of its special brunch offerings, David Archer, the director of food and beverage, wrote in an email to The Bellingham Herald.

Reservations can be made by calling 360-392-6520. The restaurant and hotel is located at 714 Lakeway Drive in Bellingham.

Semiahmoo Resort

Semiahmoo Resort is hosting three Easter brunches around the resort at various times. The Grand Easter Buffet will take place outside under a tent and feature an omelet station, seafood, honey-glazed ham, potatoes, salad and desserts. The buffet costs $72 for adults and $28 for children and has three seatings at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m.

Semiahmoo’s seaside restaurant, Packers Kitchen and Bar, will host Brunch by the Sea from 8 a.m. to noon. Visitors can order from an a la carte brunch menu that will include pancakes, eggs, grits, risotto and other seafood.

Reservations are strongly recommended, a spokesperson for Semiahmoo Resort wrote in an email. The resort is also having an egg hunt, photos with the Easter bunny and a petting zoo on April 9.

Semiahmoo Resort is located at 9565 Semiahmoo Parkway in Blaine.

Skylark’s Hidden Cafe

Skylark’s Hidden Cafe is hosting Easter Brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., followed by dinner until 9 p.m., and the restaurant strongly recommends making reservations. Visitors can order from a special Easter brunch menu.

“For us, it’s kind of like the game of Tetris, where we need to move tables and reservations around to fill as many requests as possible. We will try to continue to fit guests in by taking reservations and walk-ins right up to Easter Day, but to guarantee a table, I would be making your Easter plans now. We also plan to utilize our covered/heated patio for walk-ins, but our small kitchen does limit the number of guests we can serve at any one time,” Brad Haggen, Skylark’s general manager and owner, wrote in an email.

Reservations can be made by calling 360-715-3642 or online. Skylark’s Hidden Cafe is located at 1308 11th St. in Bellingham.
