New restaurant opens next to Mount Baker Theatre in Bellingham
The Admiralty Lounge planned to open Saturday, March 25, in downtown Bellingham serving unique drinks and food next door to the Mount Baker Theatre.
“Our food is inspired by the fare eaten on old naval vessels,” co-owner Jabriel Donohue wrote in an email to The Bellingham Herald. “Our beverage program seeks to evoke a sense of dressed down comfort that belies a commitment to excellence in bringing mixed drinks, wine, spirits and beer from the region and our favorite parts of the world.”
The menu features starters, stews, salads and tavern steak and imperial swine main courses from $9 to $24.
The Admiralty Lounge is open from 3-10 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 p.m. to midnight Thursday and Sunday, and 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and is at 100 N. Commercial St.
