Are you looking for local restaurants that are open Thanksgiving day? These Whatcom County restaurants will be open and serving dinner options if you would rather not cook your own turkey this year:

Thanksgiving buffet at the Lighthouse Grill

The Thanksgiving buffet includes turkey, gravy, beef chuck roast, potatoes, salad, grilled salmon, Dungeness crab, cranberry compote, smoked black cod, pumpkin pie, cheesecake and cookies. Wine, beer and cocktails will also be available for an additional charge.

The buffet costs $65 per person ages 11 and above, $55 for children 10 and under, and children ages 4 and under are free.

The buffet is open from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Thanksgiving day, and reservations are required to be made in advance by calling 360-392-3100.

Lighthouse Grill is located inside of Hotel Bellwether in Bellingham at 1 Bellwether Way.

Thanksgiving Grand Feast at Semiahmoo Resort

The Thanksgiving buffet dinner includes pumpkin soup, salad, green beans, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, stuffing, bread, oysters, shrimp, turkey, prime rib, salmon and desserts at a flat rate.

The feast costs $77 per person or $20 for those 12 and under.

The buffet has seating times at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made online or by calling 360-318-2090.

The feast will take place in the resort’s ballroom, located at 9565 Semiahmoo Parkway in Blaine.

Thanksgiving dinner at Skylark’s Cafe

The restaurant will offer a sit-down dinner that includes your choice of turkey or ham, green bean casserole, salad, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy and stuffing, cornbread and cranberry sauce.

The meal costs $28 per person.

The restaurant starts its Thanksgiving dinner at 11:30 a.m. and will have its last seating at 7 p.m. The restaurant’s regular menu and modifications will not be available on Thanksgiving day. Starters and desserts will be available at an additional cost.

Breakfast at Keenan’s at the Pier

Keenan’s at the Pier will only be open for breakfast on Thanksgiving day and will serve dishes such as French toast, pancakes, smoked salmon omelets, oatmeal and a hash. Coffee, tea, mimosas, bloody marys and juice will also be available.

Breakfast entrees range in price from $8-$20.

The restaurant will be open from 7-11 a.m.
