Hardware Science program examines air pressure

Ian McKee is taking over as the lab instructor for Ace Hardware’s monthly Hardware Science Day with events at noon, 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, at Bellingham Ace Hardware, 356 36th St., in the Sehome Village shopping center.

“... We will be making smoke rings with dry ice and shooting marshmallows with pressure, McKee said. “We will be looking at how pressure changes can move objects and the science behind vortexes.”
