Festival: Ferndale Street Fest offers kids’ fun, live music

The free Ferndale Street Festival takes place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. in downtown Ferndale, with a kids’ stage, a Festival of Fenders Car Show, about 120 food and craft vendors, live music, and a beer-and-wine tent.

Friday’s music lineup:

6 p.m.: Exit 266

8 p.m.: Voyager

Saturday’s music lineup:

11 a.m.: The Church Road Band

2 p.m.: The Penny Stinkers

5 p.m.: Nashville Northwest

8 p.m.: Street dance with Blindfate

Ferndale Chamber of Commerce offers a free, two-hour dog-watching voucher for Hot Dogz Pet Daycare from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday only. Details: ferndalestreetfestival.com.
