The Bellingham Slam, for a second straight year, will face a squad of Western Washington University men’s basketball alumni in the Back 2 Bellingham Battle at 5 p.m. May 15 at WWU’s Wade King Center, the team announced in a press release.

The Slam, which is preparing for its first season in the Seattle Pro-Am League this summer, will be led by player-coach Tyler Amaya, and its lineup is expected to feature a number of players from the team’s 2014 International Basketball League championship season. Both team’s rosters will be released in early May.

Courtside tickets are available for $10, while general admission seats cost $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and students. Children under age 12 are free, and advance tickets can be purchased through the Slam’s website or at 360-734-7526.
