Blazers suffer 2-0 home loss to Wenatchee
The Bellingham Blazers junior hockey team suffered a 2-0 loss to the Wenatchee Wolves on Friday, Oct. 23, at the Bellingham Sportsplex.
The Blazers were outshot 24-22, and Bellingham goalie Chris Alexakis made 22 saves.
“I thought we came out and played a strong first period, and then we didn’t compete in the second half and fell behind,” Blazers coach Mark Collins said in a press release. “We have to learn how (to) play a full 60 minutes.”
