The Bellingham Blazers evened their record to 2-2 on the young Northern Pacific Hockey League season as they cruised to a 6-0 win over the Seattle Ravens Saturday night, Oct. 3, on home ice at the Bellingham Sportsplex.
After a scoreless first period, the Blazers exploded for 5 goals in the second period with goals scored by Connor Loos, Sean Meetsma, Justin Sullivan, Stephen Smith and Simeon Smith.
Austin Sabin picked up the final goal for the Blazers in the third period. Blazers goalie Broderick Parker recorded 17 saves to earn the shutout. The Blazers outshot the Ravens 50-17 on the night.
