Cascade Crush baseball team wins tournament

The Cascade Crush 18U baseball team won the Everett Community College Fall Classic Tournament on Monday, Sept. 14.

The team compiled a 4-0-1 record during the four-day tournament including an 8-0 win over Chaffey Baseball Club from Seattle in the championship game at Everett Memorial Stadium.

Team members include: Chris Cook, Sean Ferdig, Anthony Garcia, Rob Herring, Matt James, Max Jeffrey, Buddy Junuea, Carson Lindell, Austin Shenton, JP Pacheco, Noah Rawls, Kyle Sandstrom, Connor Sage, Tre Tiffany, Cameron Tipton, Owen Wright, Ben Wolters, Ernie Yake, Felix Zavisubin, Colby Buechel, Jared House and Shane Jamison.

Rawls, Yake, Wright, and Sandstrom were named to the All-Tournament Team. The team is coached by Adam Roberts, Gary Hatch, Brandon Hundt and Grady Sodergren.
