The 2015 Mount Baker Hill Climb was canceled for Sunday, Sept. 13.
This is the second year in a row the event has been canceled. In previous years, the climb was an all-day ride with bicyclists going up and down Washington State Route 542, better known as Mount Baker Highway, nearly 25 miles each way.
Riders could choose to do two loops of the ride totaling 100 miles, a single loop, ride for recreation or competition.
It is not certain yet whether the event will continue in future years.
