Bellingham’s Audrey Orem qualified for the match-play rounds at the 114th Pacific Northwest Women’s Amateur on Wednesday, July 8, at the BanBury Golf Course in Eagle, Idaho, while Bellingham’s Catherine Allen made it through to the match-play rounds in the PNGA Women’s Mid-Amateur.
Orem shot rounds of 76 and 71, for a 5-over total of 147, which was 13 strokes behind women’s amateur top qualifier Gabrielle Barker from Caldwell, Idaho.
Allen had rounds of 77 and 85, and her total of 162 was 17 strokes behind top women’s mid-amateur qualifier Karen Darrington of Boise, Idaho.
