Post 7 swing bats well in 10-2 win
Bellingham Post 7 bashed the Bellevue Thiton for 16 hits in a 10-2 win on Wednesday, June 10, at Interlake High School in Bellevue.
David Stealy threw seven innings, striking out six to get the win on the mound for Bellingham.
“We swung the bats well,” coach Steve Slesk said in a phone interview. “But we’re still working on piecing it all together.”
Kyle Sandstrom had four hits on the night and Kyle Little, Dalton Ohligschlager and Tanner Tutterrow all had two.
Post 7 takes on Lemley on Thursday, June 11, at Joe Martin Stadium.
