Meridian girls’ soccer loses 5-0

Meridian girls’ soccer lost 5-0 to Burlington-Edison on Thursday, Oct. 22, at Meridian High School.

This is the second time in the last three games that Meridian has been shut out, but only the third time this season.

Edie Breckenridge scored three goals for Burlington-Edison and is now leading the Northwest Conference with 34 goals for the season.

Meridian remains the No. 1 seed going into the postseason.
