Bellingham girls’ soccer wins 3-0

Bellingham girls’ soccer won 3-0 against Sedro-Woolley on Tuesday, Oct. 20.

“I was really excited when Brooke (Baker) scored the first goal, that seemed to turn the tide of the game and her energy was strong throughout the second half,” Bellingham coach Mark Wright said in a phone interview.

Peyton Schwinger and Ali Krell also scored goals for Bellingham and Baker came back to make the final assist. Chloe Campbell made four saves in goal in Bellingham’s shutout.

Bellingham plays Mount Baker at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, at Northwest Fields.
