Squalicum girl’s soccer wins 4-0 over Nooksack Valley

Squalicum girls’ soccer dominated Nooksack Valley for a 4-0 win on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Northwest Soccer Fields.

“They were doing a nice job of moving the ball around today and setting each other up,” Squalicum coach David Kish said in a phone interview.

Payton Fowler scored one goal, assisted another and Aly Langer joined the team to play a shutout game in her debut as keeper.

Both teams play again on Thursday, Sept. 17. Nooksack Valley plays at Burlington-Edison at 6 p.m. and Squalicum plays Bellingham at Civic Stadium at 7 p.m.
