Sehome lineman Scott McIvor-Garman signed a national letter of intent last week to play football for Pima Community College in Tuscon, Ariz.
McIvor-Garman, at 6-foot-5, 265 pounds, solidified himself one of the Northwest Conference’s top offensive linemen last fall, earning All-NWC second-team honors.
The Mariners finished 2-8 overall last season, and McIvor-Garman is going to a Pima CC team that went 7-4. The Sehome product tweeted “Proud to call myself an Aztec” in a tweet Wednesday, Feb. 3.
