Question: How did you first start playing football?
Answer: I started playing football when I was 6 in Alabama. Everyone down there plays football, and I have loved the game for as long as I can remember, so I was excited to get to play early.
Q: What do you like most about playing football?
A: I like the contact and intensity on every play.
Q: What is your favorite part of game night?
A: The preparation leading up to the start of the game and playing under the lights.
Q: What is your favorite football memory?
A: Getting the opportunity to be a part of the 2013 championship team.
Q: What is your favorite play to run on game night and why?
A: My favorite play is a two, because I get to pull and lead up the hole.
Q: Who is the funniest guy on your team and why?
A: I would have to go with Christian Payne. He always saying something funny and has an endless amount of inside jokes with the whole team.
Q: What is your usual/favorite pregame meal?
A: Egg steak and cheese sandwich from Subway.
Q: Do you have any pregame rituals/superstitions?
A: I relax and watch film with Davis Bode before games.
Q: Is there a reason you chose your jersey number?
A: I chose it after a Lynden player that I really looked up to as a kid.
Q: What position, other than the ones you currently play, would you like to try and why?
A: Quarterback, I love throwing the ball and I want to be like Sterling (Somers).
Q: What drill do you dislike running the most in practice?
A: Tackling circuit.
Q: Do you root for the Huskies or Cougars and why?
A: Huskies. My fifth grade teacher was a big Husky fan, so she’s to thank for that.
Q: Who is your favorite NFL player and why?
A: Tim Tebow, because he plays hard and isn’t afraid to show his faith.
Q: What do you think is the best sports movie and why?
A: “Remember the Titans.” It shows the importance of teamwork and how people can set aside their differences.
Q: What other sports do you like to play?
A: Basketball and Track.
Q: What do you plan to do after you are done with high school?
A: Go to college.
Q: What other hobbies do you have?
A: Golfing and hanging out with friends.

A: “Sideways” by KB

A: “Friday Night Lights,” because it’s about football.

A: My favorite class is sports psychology, because it’s a fun class and Mr. Bomber always keeps things exciting. My least favorite class is chemistry because it is confusing.
