Lynden’s Kivlighn selected to state basketball showcase

Lynden junior guard Andrew Kivlighn has been selected to participate in the 14th Annual Basketball Showcase hosted by the Washington Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association and Washington Interscholastic Activities Association, according to a press release.

The showcase, featuring 16 10-player teams, will be held April 30 and May 1 at Bellevue College and is a chance for the top recruitable players in the state to be exposed to college coaches and evaluators.

Kivlighn was third on the Lions last season, averaging 8.2 points per game and helping the team place third at the Class 2A State Tournament.
