Kooiman, Tyler named tournament MVPs
Lynden’a Elisa Kooiman and Mount Baker’s Danielle Tyler, who led their teams to state basketball championships Saturday night, were named MVPs of their respective tournaments.
Here are the all-tournament teams for the Class 1A /2A state basketball tournaments. The awards are not recognized or sanctioned by the Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association but are meant to honor outstanding tournament play.
