Hope leads Lynden to win over Squalicum
Trevin Hope threw a complete game, allowing just one run to lead Lynden to a 6-1 nonleague win over Squalicum on Wednesday, April 20, at Joe Martin Field.
Hope yielded seven hits, and six different Lions recorded an RBI.
Sam Moore took the loss for the Storm, which committed four errors. Ernie Yake was 2 for 3 with a double, and Connor Sage was 3 for 3.
Lynden led 2-0 after the first inning and padded its lead with a four-run top of the seventh.
