Bellingham softball pitcher selected WIAA Athlete of the Week
Bellingham High junior softball player Eliza Rossman has been selected an Athlete of the Week by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association, according to a release on Wednesday, March 30.
Rossman was 2-0 in the circle with 18 strikeouts and a 1.02 ERA in the Red Raiders’ wins over Meridian and Nooksack Valley last week. She also had a good week at the plate, going 6 for 7 with a double, two home runs, five runs scored and eight RBI.
