Squalicum senior Sage signs to play baseball for Everett CC
Squalicum senior Connor Sage on Saturday, March 19, signed a letter of intent to play baseball for Everett Community College next season, according to an email.
Sage was selected to the All-Whatcom County baseball team as a junior and went 6-0 during regular season with a 0.58 ERA, 27 strikeouts in 35 2/3 innings. He was 3-0 with a 0.66 ERA in the postseason and helped the Storm claim a third-place trophy in their first trip to state.
Everett was the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges champion in baseball in 2013 and won regional titles in 2005 and 2013.
