Rawls to sign with Bellevue College

Nooksack Valley standout pitcher Noah Rawls is expected to sign his letter of intent to play for Bellevue College during a signing ceremony Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Nooksack Valley High School.

The senior, who also played third base last spring, has been an integral piece to Nooksack Valley’s baseball program, helping the Pioneers reach the Class 1A State Tournament last season for the first time since 2007.

Rawls will join a junior college Bellevue team that has several other former Northwest Conference standouts such as Anacortes’ Andrew Medalia, Bellingham’s Oscar White and Sehome’s Drew Lomsdalen.
