WWU’s Allen named GNAC Academic all-star

Western Washington University men’s golfer Anthony Allen was named a Great Northwest Athletic Conference Academic All-Star as announced Wednesday, April 22, by the conference office.

Allen, a sophomore from Arlington, is a kinesiology major with a 3.31 grade point average. He has averaged 76.2 strokes in 25 rounds, tying for first place at the Saint Martin’s Invitational and placing ninth at the WWU Invitational.
