A 10-run top of the sixth turned Monday's C2BL contest between the Loggers and Ducks into a rout and it ended up as a 22-6, six-inning victory by Toutle Lake on the road.

Jordyn Casi opened the frame with a leadoff home run then the hits piled on with one out. Seven straight batters reached - six of them recorded knocks - and the Ducks proceeded to push a six-run cushion into double figures.

The two sides combined for 11 errors, but Toutle Lake recorded 18 hits that allowed it to lead 4-2 after one and 9-4 after two complete frames. Onalaska (6-4, 2-2 C2BL) pitcher Braleyn Babb roped a two-run triple in the first and in the second, an error and a Kate Zandell RBI groundout was the offense for the Loggers.

Babb, Haight, Gracin Vickers and Kaiyah Sandridge all notched hits for Onalaska. Peyton Iverson drew two walks, notched two stolen bases and scored twice. The Loggers have averaged 16 runs in their two league wins and just three runs in the setbacks.

Onalaska will hit the road to take on Winlock on Thursday.
