Political signs
My friends and I worked hard one weekend to make some “Bernie” signs for ourselves and some friends.
It wasn’t a simple process, with two coats of red and white and three coats of blue. We were proud of our work to voice our hope for how to heal the nation. I put two up and a neighbor put up one. Later that day, they were defaced, spray painted black, and the next day, they were stolen!
It is disheartening. I recognize everyone has a right to different opinions, but they do not have the right to vandalize and steal my things. If you want to vote for someone else, then do so, but don’t try to prevent me from speaking my mind, that’s not how we make this country strong.
