Backs Meridian school levy
As a parent in the Meridian School District, I would like to encourage everyone here to vote yes for the upcoming replacement levy on Feb. 9. At the high school winter program in December, we were very impressed with how much the bands and choirs have improved over the last few years! The kids have obviously been working hard, developing their musical abilities, and I feel they deserve our support now, and in the years to come. Our own kids have had opportunities to try many different activities over the years — including sports, music, art, shop classes, and FFA, just to name a few. By voting yes, we can ensure that the younger students will continue to have these — and more — in the future. Please join us in supporting our schools. Thank you to our awesome community!
